Sami’s approach is grounded in presence and loving awareness. Guided by the wisdom of each client’s body, she provides a safe space for the nervous system to find deep rest and balance. Her practice draws upon over a decade of studies in the holistic healing arts and her Buddhist path of practice.

Sami graduated from the Pacific Center of Awareness and Bodywork on the island of Kauai, HI in 2016. After completing a 2-year biodynamic craniosacral training, Sami is now a certified Cranio Sacral Therapist and is currently training in Somatic Experiencing.

She has studied deep tissue, structural integration, connective tissue, Thai massage, Ashiatsu, and trigger point therapies. Her sessions are a integrative blend of these techniques, depending on the client’s needs.
